I went to get my nails fixed at this other place and she took all my nails off as I was walking out and these sweet people helped me fix my nails! Critical: Professionalism, QualityI’m not one to leave reviews like this but when you spend $50 on a set of nails, you at least expect them to look good. The lady acted like she didn’t have a clue to what she was doing, the shaping of my nails are completely off & I left with countless hairs stuck to my nails. Not to mention the lady doing my nails was in such a rush to leave to go to lunch, that she didn’t take her time & also mumbled under her breath that she was ready to be finished and to eat her lunch. I’m not one to leave reviews like this but when you spend $50 on a set of nails, you at least expect them to look good. The lady acted like she didn’t have a clue to what she was doing, the shaping of my nails are completely off & I left with countless hairs stuck to my nails. First time doing my nails here I Asked for a manicure with gel polish and the lady only added nail polish , she didn’t even bother to re-shaped or file my nails. At the end she left me with a lump of polish under my nails. And the nail polish wasn’t even close to my cuticles, looks like my nails are a week old already . Lady’s don’t waste ur money coming here

When she started she would put my nails in the acetone for a minute, switch my hand and start filing. There were a few times where it felt hot where she over filed. She was literally rushing for no reason. She didn’t remove all of the acrylic off my nails and she damaged my nails. Mind you I did pay $10 … a low price for a terrible experience. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went in for a pedicure yesterday 1/2/2022 and the girl who did my pedicure did not look like she knew what she was doing! She dropped utensils on the floor and continued to use them. While scrubbing my feet she scraped my ankle and made me bleed! The polish was awful and the massage was not great at all. Hope I don’t get an infection..Not worth the money I paid! I wanted to refuse pay but did not have the time! Will not be going back here. I went in for a pedicure yesterday 1/2/2022 and the girl who did my pedicure did not look like she knew what she was doing! She dropped utensils on the floor and continued to use them. Very bad. Got my nails done. Told the old woman that I wanted regular nail polish and not gel. While doing the nails, she went and did other stuff and I understood but then hurt my nail and poke me to get me switch hands. Overall at the end, she told me she put gel and that what she heard. I paid and left but she yelled explaining. Bad customer service. Never coming again!
