I’ve been here a few times (close to my job) but this past Saturday had me thinking, is it worth my money???? I called to see if they were busy so I could come on my lunch break for a gel manicure. The lady who answered said I could come and it would be $30. Once I came I asked for a gel manicure and the lady at the front desk said no just gel polish….. $17, ok that’s fine. My nails were long and weak so I asked her to cut down and square them. They weren’t filed properly and the lady that polished them used too much polish=VERY LUMPY! I stated I wasn’t happy and Diana asked me to come back Monday. She fixed them and she did a slight manicure.

I went here as others told me it was great and they’re awesome.I had a manicure and pedicure with massage all the way to my knee with and it was so relaxing and well done nails. Small, cramped, not the level of cleanliness I expect. Asked for gel, they used sns anyway. Used a regular polish clear coat dried under a task lamp. Argued with me about short nails and would not cut them down. The pedicure was rough and rushed. There were five in our group and no one left with what she asked for. Will never return.

DO NOT COME HERE. Im usually a very patient person. I’ve been here multiple times to try and give them another chance, but ha no this is the worst $40 I’ve ever spent… there is literally glue all over my nails. This lady was buffing my nails so hard that she made my pinkie bleed. I asked for acrylic nails and she told me sns was better. I told her no multiple times and she continued to bring out the white powder and give me sns (which is more expensive). Please save yourself some money and go anywhere but here.

This place should be called nightmare nails. It’s very small, cramped, and cluttered. I had the deluxe pedicure, which was very poorly done. I have bad feet and I know it, that’s why I pay to have them done by someone else. The person who did my pedicure had no personality or skill set for this job. I felt like my feet were being done by a child for fun. My feet are still rough on the bottom, the polish I could have done better myself, the filing, cuticle clean up, or callus removal wasn’t up to par. She didn’t even help put my flip flops back on, but made sure I didn’t forget the tip line on the credit card receipt…don’t waste your money on this place ladies.

I was in the area last week for work and had some extra time so I decided to get my nails done. I called ahead, and was told to come in and there was no wait. Sure enough, I walked in and was greeting with a smile and taken right to a seat. I didn’t catch my tech’s name, but she was so friendly and warm. The manicure was quick, but precise. Now I’m back in Michigan 8 days later and short of my nails starting to grow out, my shellac manicure still looks near perfect (this NEVER happens with me). I would love to have this salon in my hometown. <3

I’ve been here twice and the first time I was OKAY with the work , wasn’t great. I went back a second time and was never asked what shape I wanted my nails so I waited, left out with botchy square nails. I called the next day and let the owner know, she told me to come in and she would fix them which is the only reason I’m giving them 3 stars, but they could do better. Especially for the price I was charged.
