The customer service is nice. However they need to invest in the clear liners that go inside the pedicure bowl for better germ protection for the customers.. The pedicure Chair had gum on it. The employee had to be told to wipe it off and when she did she just flicked it on the floor and sprayed alcohol on place where the gum was.(I’m assuming) to wipe it down.

Been a customer here for over 4 years or years, I usually use the lady name V to do my nails she does a great job. but every so often I use the owner Kim to do my nails v gets , then all of a sudden when you start going in there you get attitude/looked over/ and then you have to sit and wait hours at a time to be seen ( Usually they get me in within 5 minutes or when I walk in the door.my last visit I had a pedicure and I had to wait 45 minutes for them to even come start The water. What they fail to realize is you don’t belong to just 1 person in the shop you can use everybody.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueDO NOT GO HERE. I went just a few days ago to get my nails done, they are already breaking. My nail salon lady was filing my nails and completely cut my skin open. The nails are not the right shape I wanted either. Definitely not going back there.

Website says UV gel full set & UV gel fill in. I made an appointment for pedicure- which was wonderful then someone else did the refill. She was rude when I said it was to be the gel full in. I specifically asked when I made my appointment. New to the area and will not go back.

Instead of soaking off the acrylic, The man who did my nails took a nail clipper, broke the acrylic, and then proceeded to use a nail tip that they glue on, and wedge it between the real and the fake nail. It was so painful. I didn’t realize that wasn’t how they were supposed to do it until I spoke to a friend about it. Everything is filthy. They do not clean the foot tubs or any of the tools. Instead of soaking off the acrylic, The man who did my nails took a nail clipper, broke the acrylic, and then proceeded to use a nail tip that they glue on, and wedge it between the real and the fake nail.
