Walked in to get a pedicure and manicure. The nail tech (male) destroyed my acrylic. I asked for coffin shape and it became obvious that he didn’t know what he was doing. My hands did not match and one of the nails was cut irregular. I asked several times for the nail to be redone. A female nail tech (Hannah) interjected several times and talked over me instructing him to do the opposite of what I asked. When I kindly asked for the nails to be removed so that I can go to another shop, Hannah became rude and dismissive. She talked over me refused to allow the male to remove my nails and cut them very irregular.

Critical: QualityI took my 7th grader for a manicure this past Thursday. We were next with only a 10 minute wait. (Not bad) However… the nail tech barely shaped her nails and didn’t even ask what shape she wanted. She started to put gel on her nails and i said no- just a manicure because she already has beautiful nails- it was like she got mad at me… I’m fully aware the polish doesn’t stay on long… we go for the “manicure” Her nails were painted as if she was a five year old- and I paid the adult price for a manicure. I was so mad I only tipped 10% I felt sorry for my daughter who said she could’ve done better herself(it was her back to school). It was a complete waste of $20. When I went back for a card to leave this review… she did offer to re do them… but the should’ve been done right with care first. Don’t waste your time. Multiple times giving them second, third, fourth chances but when you go in and they quote you 20 minutes and an hour later your sre still waiting legs and feet in cold water, replenished with hot water and still nothing…Clearly there is a problem and all they are worried about is losing business….

Dream Nails, is a great place to get your nails, mani, pedi, wax, ect done. I highly recommend. Hanna does a great job and is very professional and nice. Great atmosphere. All nail techs were quick, professional and polite.

I used to come here all the time growing up but this is the second time my eyebrows were waxed to my disliking. I told Hannah before I went in that I wanted to keep them full, just clean them up a bit, and not to take too much off. They don’t even match and of course after a year of letting them grow out she thinned them out again. They are also two different shapes now so this process is going to be awful. She finished and did not stay to see if I liked them, just ran to the register to check me out. I have never been so displeased with service and will not be returning.

The shop was nice and clean and comfortable, the staff was extremely friendly. A lady named Hanna did her nails – and i was so pleasantly surprised at how gentle and warm and accommodating she was with her. And the cherry on top was the beautiful job she did on her nails – they were perfect length, and she did a nice clean paint job. We will definitely be back. I brought my daughter in to get a full set of acrylic nails, and was very pleased – top to bottom. The shop was nice and clean and comfortable, the staff was extremely friendly. A lady named Hanna did her nails – and i was so pleasantly surprised at how gentle and warm and accommodating she was with her. Horrible Place if i couls rate 0 i would. This is the 2nd time they messed both my nails and toes up. It seems its only 1 good nail tech there which is Hanna i just spent $100 for my nails to not even be even or polished right. I do NOT recommend this place i feel like everything here is completely rushed.
