Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI love coming here. this is the only salon that I have been to where I don’t feel the services are rushed and you can actually relax. All the techs I’ve had always take their time with my nails and they always look and feel amazing. I won’t go anywhere else esp for my pedicures.Services: Pedicure, Gel manicures

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis place should be called Nightmare Nails. Unfortunately Golden Tree (this place is AMAZING and in the shopping center near Giant) wasn’t accepting walk-ins, so I took my sister here to get her a pedi as a birthday gift.We got here at 10am and we were sat next to each other and our pedis were started at the same time, yet the woman working on my sister’s pedi finished in about 15 minutes, not even exaggerating.The nail polish selection was minimal and my sister chose this hot pink bottle. Not only was the polish old and gloopy and chunky, the woman painted her entire toes and didn’t even wipe it off. My sister said she didn’t like that color and chose another hot pink. The other polish wasn’t even removed. The woman painted RIGHT ON TOP OF THE LAST SHADE! And she had an attitude about it on top of it.Finally, she had the audacity to be frustrated with MY SISTER and another employee came and removed the 3 layers of gloopy hot pink and my sister chose a neon green instead.Lesson learned. ALWAYS make an appointment at Golden Tree. And ONLY Golden Tree.Edit: in response to the “owner’s response”: this generic reply you’re giving to every critical review is “unacceptable”. We made it very known to you while we were still there in your establishment and nothing was done. Positive: Qualityso me and my mom are out of town and wanted to get our nails done so we came here and i’m not mad, it’s not bad i asked for matte and the matte top coat they had dried out 🙁 but over all the guy who did my pedicure wasn’t bad! i really enjoyed the service (spa pedicure)! i saw a lot of bad reviews but i’m happy with what i got <3Services: Pedicure, Gel manicures

Critical: Quality, ValueNot sure who the owner is here or the name of the person who did my nails. I will say they were very nice, and making sure what was done was what I wanted BUT the quality of my fill and paint is horrible. I have paint globs on the corners of multiple nails, thumb nail one is shaped differently than the other, and the tip lines are way off. Definitely not worth the 48$ I spent, nor the fact that when I asked for change for the tip I got shorted 5$ (my fault for not checking). I will say they were very nice, and making sure what was done was what I wanted BUT the quality of my fill and paint is horrible. I have paint globs on the corners of multiple nails, thumb nail one is shaped differently than the other, and the tip lines are way off.
