This place is my go to whenever I’m visiting my mom ONLY for gel or regular manis/pedis. I tried acrylic refill with them once and it wasn’t good. However their polishes are always great quality – never chip & overall great lasting mania and pedis. One great thing too is I’m in and out in under 2 hours and hardly ever a wait. I guess a lot of people dismiss them or don’t know about them but it works in my favor.

The owner embodies terrible customer service. She rushes through every service and can’t be bothered to make sure you (the client) are comfortable. Every waxing experience with her was terrible. She’ll pour the wax so hot it drips. Today it actually dripped into the corner of my eye and she gave me only a small paper towel to clean it. On top of that she ALWAYS takes off too much. Tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but this is visit number 5 with her and the treatment is still the same. The other girls are always great. Always pleasant and great customer service. Three stars for them. Just beware of the older woman.

Don’t even come here n waste ur time ,the lady is so rude n very disrespectful, she don’t speak English that’s not a problem but to being unprofessional is very awkward, she didn’t finish my nail n when I asked her that’s not the design I showed u she said I can’t do this n I had take them out . She even didn’t help to clean my nails . It was so painful I guess she has vision problems.

She cut me, had an additude rushed me out because they were closing meanwhile I got them around 5:30 and they don’t close until 7:30 and I was the only person there and shortly after I left the polish got messed up and they is glue stuck to my skin.
