Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueDream nails is like a little oasis! It is so clean, organized with items on shelves, the color options were clean, updated and there were so many options. The workspace was also well maintained, not dusty and very clean.Dream Nails was also so friendly and welcoming. My friend and I were walk ins and they were so welcoming and kind to us. I had intricate designs I wanted on my nails and they did such an incredible job. My hand massage was so amazing and then topped off with the warm towel. The best!I highly recommend Dream Nails! I was very indecisive about color choices they helped me along the way and were gracious when I changed my mind. ‍♀️ Bottom line is they look great. First visit today ..very welcoming. I had a full set of tips today. I have short nails and they worked wonders. I was very indecisive about color choices they helped me along the way and were gracious when I changed my mind. ‍♀️ Bottom line is they look great. I actually went to and researched 10 places before going here and I truly love it. They also give you good advice for keeping your nails ,hands, and feet healthy. They also sell really nice purses, sun glasses, wallets, and even skin and nail care products. This will be my forever nail salon . Critical: Qualitywent here for the first time today, I asked for a UV gel set.. I got a UV gel set and within an hour of having them on, they all started popping off. I currently have NO nails on my fingers now bc each nail popped right off.. she completely rushed and did a very poor job.. They didn’t tell me they only accepted Venmo and cash app until I was finished. They were very rude and aggressive with me and made me wait until I had someone else cash app them while I waited at the store. I booked an appointment to get a pedicure with my daughter and brought my credit card. They didn’t tell me they only accepted Venmo and cash app until I was finished. They were very rude and aggressive with me and made me wait until I had someone else cash app them while I waited at the store.
