When it was time for me to soak my nails off, my entire toe nail came off with the acrylic. I’m not sure what products they are using but pleaseeeeeeee go somewhere else. They really don’t deserve the one star I gave them. I wish it was a negative star section. The husband did my nails he rushes and he gets a attitude when u ask him to fix something you don’t like that HE did one your nails. That’s the first stike When I told him if he could please fix it. He start snatching my hand,in got straight cussed the hell out. My step daughter was getting her nails done by the wife and we told her she did her middle finger crooked as soon as we seen it. She drew her finger outline out on a paper towel and said it was wasn’t her it was my daughter’s finger and refused to fix it. They are old and washed up n stuck in their ways. The building looks abandoned and dust and outdated appliances EVERYWHERE. By the way the shop looks it’s no surprise why the are so bitter. First and last time going. If you want good customer service DO NOT COME HERE.

DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. They did a full set and the acrylic was extremely THIN!!!! A client walked in while I was getting my nails done and said her nails were popping off. I should have believed her. My nails started popping off the next day. I contacted them and the wife refused to fix my nails without receiving another form of payment. The acrylic was uneven and had lumps in it.

Be advised, this business does not have any tanning beds or tanning equipment any more! I tanned there years ago and went back recently(3.23.15) and they no longer have beds! Also, I have never had a manicure or pedicure there so I can’t review that aspect!

Poor quality polish and all around customer service. Don’t waste your time or money at this establishment!!! The owner and her husband are rude and lack any type of professionalism. The husband did a terrible rush job on my nails and didn’t try to fix the situation. I will never come back and I don’t recommend this business to anyone!!!

Terrible service! Came in around noon not one soul was in the shop. Requested a pedicure and while the man ran the water I noticed a lot of dirt and particles floating in the water. Notified the man running the shop he decides to debate me about how he already clean the tub and how I could just go somewhere else for a pedicure! How rude!! He should’ve been trying to keep my service since I notice no cars are ever parked in the parking lot. NEVER AGAIN!!

Nail tech Johnny gets mad because Concerned for my health i ask if he was sick and did he wash his hands after coughing terribly. I then ask if he could use his mask after he admits he Was sick. He said “no cant put on” . Customer service sucks here .They ask me to leave and come back another day after. How rude! I’ll NEVER spend another cent here.
