I used acrylics for 15+ years and my nails are horrible she helped me get the acrylics off and put a gel so my nails can start growing and healing and they look amazing. They are friendly and do such a good job especially Kim she made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. I used acrylics for 15+ years and my nails are horrible she helped me get the acrylics off and put a gel so my nails can start growing and healing and they look amazing. This wonderful place recently opened. It was recommended to me by my sister, who is very particular about where she gets her nails done. The service, the care, the hygiene practice and professionalism was outstanding! Though Enfield is my hometown, I’ve been living in Chicago for many years, and have tried many nail salons. You won’t regret the upgrade that includes parrafin wax, massage, hot stone treatment and soothing salts to the water! Bliss. Gel manicure similarly was perfect and included parrafin treatment. Hi everyone this was my first time here plan accordingly, my appt was at 3pm & I left at 5pm. My technician seemed very nice & tried his best. I been getting my nails dipped for a long time now, they only dip once on the first process & 2x’s on the color, when I questioned regards the dipping processes he said no. I wish it was a bit more darker since you can still see my nail. When I asked my technician to fix a chip another technician took over. I told her I had two nails still showing & instead of re-dipping she kept filing my nail down, I’ve never seen that done. The chip part of nail she fixed is now more darker then the whole nail. Unfortunately I picked the color yellow & white on one finger thinking on getting a sunflower & they said they don’t design on dip, they also don’t t have much of a color option, this is the first time I’ve ever was told they couldn’t design on dip , instead they offered the Walmart little girl looking stick on’s! The place is very clean & open. My best experience was the hand dipping in wax. Personally from my experience they need more experience on dipping. Overall seem like great people, I also noticed the older man kept going to register to eat some type of granola bar & was not washing his hands & going right back to customer that’s unsanitary & unsafe what if it had nuts & the person is highly allergic but that’s my opinion. Not sure if I’ll be back.
