I was taken care of by Holly and Mary. Holly did my pedicure and Mary did my manicure. It was by far the best manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had. They didn’t rush through my experience like in other parlours, mind you today is Friday and I walked in right at 7PM, so I’m sure they were exhausted and just wanted to go home to their family.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe place was filthy. They sat me in a chair that still had nail dust all over it. They never turned the massage chair on. They yelled at each other across the place. I enjoy a peaceful relaxing environment which this WAS NOT. The lady was so pushy I ended up with nails much longer than I wanted. She basically asked for a tip and told me she only makes 60% profits. Also told me she preferred cash over credit card tips. On the drive home , I noticed that all of my nails where very uneven. So bad I had to stop at another salon to have it corrected. I would not recommend this place for nail service. Not impressed at all.The place was filthy. I called first thing in the morning and asked if they had something available around noon. They told me to come in and that was not an issue. I decided to get my eyelashes done which I’ve never had them before. Sam, the owner, did an amazing job! I was so surprised and love the natural look of them! I also got SNS on my nails and a pedicure with gel polish. They did a fantastic job. I’m not sure why I didn’t come to this place sooner. They even have the chair massages done by one of the workers. That was such a nice ending to my day! I will be back—in 2 weeks for sure!

I’ve used this place for years and have often declined invites with friends to other places because I really liked this place. However, recently I’ve been disappointed every time I leave. Just today I was charged more for a service because she said I was wasting her time with my lash fill in so she charged me $20 above the price in their salon. In the past I’ve paid for a 40 min. massage and only gotten 28 mins of it. The owners have often made rude comments about my nails not looking pretty as other patrons as well??? I’m mean I’m not a nail expert, but I think they’re all right. I’ve given this place numerous do overs because I do think they give good manicures. But, I will never be back. I’d already booked an 8 person spa day for my wedding that I will be canceling. I’ve definitely had it with this place.

My husband has given me gift certificates 3 different times for a 1 hour massage, a pedicure and a manicure. During the massage every time they have bruised me. I left feeling worse than when I walked in. They are not gentle at all. They are not even real massage therapist they are just nail technicians. And during one of my pedicures the girl cut my toe… never said sorry and just keep going. VERY disappointed!!! Will NEVER go back. I specifically asked my husband to please NEVER get me a gift certificate from them again. Its a fancy place and all but don’t let the decor fool you… just because they are fancy and look nice does not mean they give good service!!! They all rush you… no relaxing and pampering done here. If your smart you’ll go somewhere else!!!!!
