Tonight I want happy At all when I got my nails done. I asked for coffin shaped and I got square shaped and I got the wrong color I asked for some what short nails and she told me that I have to get long for coffin shaped and one of my nails are cockeyed and not even shaped I wanted. I used to love going to dream nails but now I’m not even sure if I would go there anymore. I’m called for that’s what I think.

Lan soaked off my old acrylic and did fresh acrylic overlay on my nails. She kept them nice and thin and tapered them towards the cuticle so when they grow out there won’t be a large lump which would catch in my hair. She did a perfect job of painting my nails with the gel that I had selected. She trimmed them all to identical length except for my thumbnails because I like to keep those longer. She is very meticulate. Lan free hand designs beautifully!!

Literally NEVER in my life have I walked out of a nail salon in the middle of getting my shellac done, I am not a picky person and try to be polite even if I don’t care for the color of whatever…but this! I have very naturally long nails and I asked her not to clip them but just file them a little. Literally I was telling her they were burning and asked her to stop! I also asked for an American manicure and she seriously painted my whole nail white. By this point she called over others and my nails hurt soo bad and my cuticles were tore and jagged and I said I don’t know if she does not know what she is doing but please can I just go! I walked out of there soo fast and went to CK nails where they attempted to fix my now short jagged nails. It is now a day later and my left fingers under my nails are split and painful to touch. Never again! It’s not Dream Nails. It’s Nightmare Nails! Never have ever had such a bad experience and been getting my nails shellaced for years,

I’ve been a customer here for some time, last night made it clear that I need to find another nail salon. I’ve not had my nails done in months due to surgery so I was excited to get back to my normal routine. Tina did an amazing job as usual with my pedi. Then it started going down hill, the nails put on for my set were crooked and when showed the tech them I was told it’s ok. She fixed one of the three, I told them I needed my nails to be short because of my job but, I like coffin shaped. When I asked if my nails were to short for that I was laughed at by her and the owner(or owner’s husband). She then went to start putting the acrylic on without using the fungus protector. That’s when I’d had enough, I told her to stop and take the nails off. The owner came over and tried to smooth the situation over by saying the tech didn’t understand what I asked, hardly believe that given the fact that I had been laughed at. I don’t generally breakdown in public but, the ordeal was to much especially since the tech was the first one I had gone to when I found them. Tina, Cindy, and Jimmy are gems unfortunately, they’re not enough to make me come back here.

I’ve been coming here and off for years. This last visit I went to the only thing I needed them to do is cut down on my toes which had acrylic on them. They kept me waiting for 20-30 minutes. The owner saw me getting up to leave and only then got up to attend to me. One of her staff fixed my nails and trimmed them as requested but not without laughing and speaking their language the whole time. I was asked if I needed any other services and they laughed and spoke their language when I said no. I didn’t get a thank you or any other courtesy or anything else after that. The energy and demeanor was pretty hostile. I paid and left. I was surprised because I thought they were one of the nicest ( customer service) wise salons around. Poor service and professionalism on every angle.

Critical: Cleanliness, QualityMy nails look like a 2nd grader’s attempt at nails. Paid $150.00 for my daughter and I. The nail tech didnt listen well and definitely didnt take his time at all. I’ve never been a big fan of Dream Nails but always say ” I’m going to give them one more chance” and everytime I’m disappointed.

I would NEVER go here again. The people are not friendly at all and i paid $60 for a pedicure with gel polish. Went in Friday and on Sunday was missing polish from one of my toes. The point of paying extra for gel is it lasts longer… not here.

Decided to take a day and pamper myself with my cousin when we arrived we were greeted very nicely and got the nails done the way we wanted only real problem was the prices were a lot higher than before and I wouldn’t spend the amount I did if I came back but other than that it was a really nice experience ❤️ Manicure
