Well I was going to leave 3 stars but the end experience is making me leave 1. Wish I could leave ZERO! I first told the lady I only like from my waist up so a whole hour is spent in my neck area because I have a lot of neck pain. She did my full body. So whatever. Staff was all talking so it wasn’t relaxing. It was freezing with the AC on me and a tiny towel to cover me. She worked so fast it wasn’t even relaxing. Turn the relaxing music up . Wasn’t relaxing one bit. I was annoyed. I left a $3 tip at the end and she looked at me and my tip I left her and gave me a look like “what’s this” as if that wasn’t a good enough tip. So rude. Will never go back!

Critical: ProfessionalismTERRIBLE!!! First they tried to put me in a storage room for a massage. It’s like a big shower room that they kept all their cleaning items in. I was not about to lay next to bleach for an hour, that would give me a headache. When I asked for another room they got an attitude, that should have been my que to leave. I had a gift certificate so when they provided a decent room I stayed. I had a $60 gift certificate and she only gave me a 20 minute Massage. When I asked why she said it was because it was a gift certificate. I explained it’s a $60 GC so I should get an hour massage. She tried to say it was a 4 not a 6 but it was clearly a 6 and I confirmed with the purchaser that it was $60. What a terrible experience!! Please don’t waste your money here. If I could give this no stars I would. You have to prepay with and add your tip before. I thought why not it’s my time time here. Gave a 25 dollar tip (with cash for more at the end) hoping they would do a good job. Needless to say anyone’s grandma could give a deeper tissue massage. I paid for an hour and she only did 40 minutes (with interruptions). Don’t waste your money here. Try anywhere else trust me.

I went to this Dream Massage last night, I would like to say that the experience was awesome! The woman that did my massage was very professional. She made sure to ask if that was enough pressure and checked with me often to make sure that she wasn’t hurting me. This was my first time going to them and it will not be my last! I was very pleased with their service. I would definitely recommend others to try them out! Thanks ladies! You guys did an awesome job!

This place is terrible. My wife and friend went to get dual Prenatal massages . The MT’s ( who speak very little English) have no clue on how to perform a correct PN massages. At the end of the session, my wife’s friend was in tears. My wife’s masseuse ( Norma) told her that she was very sorry and that they should go to another massage therapy office. So the service was so bad, there MT was referring them to another office. Wow !
