Critical: ProfessionalismI have had my apt scheduled for months to have extensions placed in my hair for my wedding! I was told to stop in no later than two weeks prior to placing to order my hair , well I never heard anything so I stopped in on a sat because Well i work all week and to my surprise they were closed also their websites said open sat til 1 pm so I called she told me to take pics and she will order my hair Monday ! I asked her she said she would check and never heard back from her I again messaged her Tuesday well now the original price of my extensions now 100 more than prices I was just so frustrated and disappointed at this point I gave up ! When I arrived some stylists weren’t wearing masks as required, when I mentioned it I was told she was pregnant, and she didn’t need to wear a mask because it made it hard for her to breath, and that when I was pregnant I could say something about a mask, in 2 hours I never witnessed any cleaning after customers left, customers came and went as they pleased and more stylist came in without masks …. this will probably get reported because while I was there I heard them talking about getting a negative review and they said oh don’t worry just report them for slander and get them removed
