Positive: Quality, ValueHad an appointment with Emma last night. She did my lashes and she did them beautifully. Staff was very helpful and courteous. I am very happy with the results. I’ve already booked another appointment. I feel like this is a place that I can trust. Thanks so much Emma!

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueSee Lisa!! A great experience from start to finish. Lisa showed me all of the tools she was using, the expiration dates, explained the entire process, and went through mixing different browns for 20 minutes until I was happy. I know it’s inevitable from the start, but I didn’t want brows that were too dark. She professionally shaped and drew on my eyebrows and we fixed any possible imperfections together before she ever started. She insisted that I stare at myself for at least a few minutes- that this is my face, and I should be absolutely positive I love the shape, width, color, etc. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time, showed me her work, and gave me background about herself. It wasn’t that painful, but whenever Lisa saw me move, even a little, she asked if I wanted more numbing gel. Attention to detail was on point! She has a degree in art, and it is obvious. It took a few hours, and it didn’t seem that way. My eyebrows are only a day old, but the shape is everything I’ve ever wanted! I’m so excited for the end results. Lisa showed me all of the tools she was using, the expiration dates, explained the entire process, and went through mixing different browns for 20 minutes until I was happy. Critical: ProfessionalismCustomer service was very poor. Emma is very unprofessional. She rushes through her work and her lashes are clumpy. Emma will pick and choose who she wans as clients. I felt they were very discriminating. I was told I had to leave a credit card # on file in order to have my appointment booked. (I don’t even think that is legal! ) So I refused to do that so Emma wouldn’t take me this visit. As I was leaving I ran into another client that use to go to Dream Lashes and she gave me the number of a new studio that was highly recommended in Lake Zurich so I booked and went yesterday. The difference was night and day. My lashes look so much better. The studio had a great vibe and the owner was genuine and friendly. Beware of Dream Lashes. They ruin your real lashes . Customer service was very poor. Emma is very unprofessional. She rushes through her work and her lashes are clumpy. Emma will pick and choose who she wans as clients. I felt they were very discriminating. I was told I had to leave a credit card # on file in order to have my appointment booked. (I don’t even think that is legal! ) So I refused to do that so Emma wouldn’t take me this visit. I get to the appointment and Emma tells me that they do not honor appointments through Groupon although I took time off work to get to the appointment. So, I made an appointment with her and showed up only for her to tell me that because my lashes were professionally curled the extensions would fall out. Months later I called to make another appointment and I was told they would honor the Groupon price. They asked for a credit card to put on file. I get to the appointment and Emma tells me that they do not honor appointments through Groupon although I took time off work to get to the appointment.
