Was recommended by a family member to try this place and have Lupe trim my hair. My appointment was for 2 pm today which I called the Saturday before to schedule this appointment. As the time gets closer to make head way to my appointment, I call the shop to make sure my appointment is still on. As I am calling the shop, I get no response. I just figured they were just on break. As I pull up to the business at my scheduled appointment time, I see that the lights are turned off and that there is no one in sight. There was also no sign to indicate that they had left for the day or even at lunch. I kept calling and even rang the doorbell and NO ANSWER. By this time I am upset, and have wasted time and GAS. I will never be returning here again. Very unprofessional.

Only have one person who know how to do different texture of hair , ands she’s Rude . Also , I got my hair dyed by her and she left my hair horribly damaged to the point where I couldn’t even comb through my hair after the first wash , had no choice but to do a big chop . A year later with this shop being my last choice and Convenient location Walked in around 2pm owner had an attitude and told me to walk to the back to ask HER WORKER if she’s able to take me .. UNPROFESSIONAL ..both had an attitude and mean face . Politely walked out and went to a different plus better hairstylist !

Critical: QualityI decided to get a drastic change in color to my hair by getting it bleached and dyed a copper / orange color .I asked the hair dresser multiple times if this can be done without damage and she confidently said yes . I initially had curly hair which is no longer curly and ended up being EXTREMELY mistreated to the point where I wanted to cut off my hair and start all over again . The dye washed off after the very first wash . My hair was life less and very dry ! I decided to get a drastic change in color to my hair by getting it bleached and dyed a copper / orange color .I asked the hair dresser multiple times if this can be done without damage and she confidently said yes . I’ve gone to Dream’s hair Salon twice now and my second experience was less than stellar. The first time I went, I got my hair washed and blown out and straightened with an iron. Everything was fine when I proceeded to wash my hair a week after when it started reverting back to its natural curly kinky state. However, the second time I went was terrible. A woman washed my hair extremely rough with her finger nails and was extremely painful. She then proceeded to blow out my hair. Passing the direct heat of the blow dryer multiple times throughout my hair. She was careless, talking to another woman. Then she left and another woman worked on my hair. The lady was unorganized and very rough-handed. The woman burned my scalp multiple times leaving my skin sore and red. I washed my hair two days later. Low and behold, I was left with heat damage. My 4a hair was stringy in the front and in the back and this is where I am now. I cut my hair myself yesterday, but some straight ends still remain in my hair. I will not be going back to this hair salon. Hair stylists should care about your hair after the salon, not just about the money in their pocket.

Stay away, very far away. New owners are asses. Spent quite a few bucks there and wanted to charge me $2.00 for using my card. Who the hell does this anymore? Its not about the $2, its the principal. I told the owner if she insists that I will never come back, will not recommend them to anyone and blow up social media with it. She did not care and took my $2.00. This is says a lot to me about the people who run this place, if they do not care about this over $2, than how much are they going to care about your hair. Think about that. I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN !!
