She is very professional and the hair quality is excellent she is excellent in matching color as well. The person who wrote the negative review must have done something to her hair because I have never ever had a bad experience in the 5 years I have been going to her. I highly recommend Dream Hair

Love it!!! My friends and family have complimented my hair so much. Merrylyn is excellent. I will not be going to anyone else. It has been a few years since having my extensions done here but a stylist friend said I should still leave a review to warn others. It was my 18th birthday and my mom paid for me to have extensions done. I was so excited but that quickly turned to horror. The hair quality was awful, the way she did the extensions were not right at all. they we just stuck in there wherever she saw fit. after literally like 3 days the hair was matted and just impossible to work with. I called to tell her and she said i could come in and she would remove them but I would have to pay or the removal. THE REMOVAL OF THE HORRID EXTENSIONS SHE PUT IN MY HAIR WRONG!!!! I wish I would have known the things I do now. I would have done things so differently, like taking this crook to court for my money back. I will update this review as soon as I find my old camera that has pictures of just how awful they were. Do not go here.

There are so many things I want to say, but I’ll begin with saying that Merrylyn @ Dream Hair, is an absolutely amazing person and an extremely talented hair stylist, and I feel very fortunate to have found her in the midst of a ” hair crisis” that was affecting me negatively in every way, especially financially and emotionally. I had very recently had hair extensions from (another place) installed, that were said to last approximately a year and was told I’d be thrilled with them. Well…I wasn’t, not even close. I had to wear a hat every day when I went out and I had spent a lot of money to look better, not worse. I could only imagine the cost of having this fixed as well. I’m dealing with the salon who did this to me now, and I will expose them completely soon, but for now, I want to focus on the great outcome I didn’t think was possible.

I would like to preface this review with the fact that I never leave bad reviews but I am going to do it because I think I need to let others know what they are getting themselves into. I purchased a Groupon for 2 colors partial highlights. When I got to Dream Hair the door was locked. The owner came and opened the door and apologized for looking so disheveled. She said she had an emergency that morning and had to get up very early…. she then proceeds to tell me that her emergency was her friend needing his hair done at 10:30AM. Her hair was in knots and she had no makeup on and she had to rub her eyes for 15 minutes before the appointment could start so she would wake up. She pretty much looked like she had rolled out of bed when I walked up to the door.

This place is great! The service is phenomenal! I get SO many compliments on my hair that I cannot see myself going anyplace else. As an Ethnic Urban woman, I am THRILLED to be able to go to a non ethnic shop and get such great results. THERE ISN’T ANY shop in Ohio that can compare with this type of expertise!
