This was my first time coming here. I walked in at 2:45 for a manicure. The man said “It’s going to be a long wait.” I just stood there like, “okay??? how long?” and he said over an hour. He started to walk away and I said, “so do I give you my name or what?” He took my name and said to come at 3:30. I did just that. I was eventually taken at 4:00. There is absolutely no system here. Everyone walks between here and the foot spa in and out. The lady was shocked she had to do my nails. I asked for a french manicure with a blue tip. I understand a language barrier, but she started painting my nails all blue after the man told her just the tip. She seemed annoyed with me when I asked her to stop and do the tip again.

I’ve been coming here for years and today was the first time I left beyond upset with my nails. I showed the woman exactly what I wanted (see picture below) I said coffin shape with the design on my ring finger it was very simple. My first red flag was that she didn’t trim my nails before gluing the tips, then she glued the tips half way down my nail, some if not all of my nails were glued on crooked, she turned what was supposed to be coffin nails into an almond shape the nails were super thick messy and overall horrible I still have glue all over my cuticles. The store wasn’t even busy and she was rushing.

First and last time going. Got a fill with gel polish and it looked like an at home DIY job with my non dominant hand. It was also very painful. I mentioned multiple times how much it hurt and she kept pushing the drill in my nail bed super hard to remove the gel polish.

It was my first time I went to that place and my last time. they don’t really know what they are doing. They did a bad job on my nails and charged me super expensive for a bad job. I do not recommend this place! Pedicure, Dip powder, Manicure

Really loved my nails after all said and done . I originally asked for gel full set wasn’t till halfway thru I realized they had put just acrylic tips so I wasn’t gonna have them take them off and start over . They came out really good though by the man in the salon . Wish I caught his name

First time trying this nail salon which isn’t close to home but was well worth the drive. They are open until 8pm during the week which is later than my usual salon. The guys name tag said Jack and he was great! I got a gel manicure with spa treatment. I picked 2 different types of polish, had a nail strengthening treatment, paraffin wax gloves which came with a shoulder massage while waiting. Then a nice, not overbearing scented lotion. By the time it was all finished it was a little over 8pm and not once did any part of it seem rushed and the price was not bad either. I will try the spa pedicure selections next time!!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe only one who was nice was the man who had filed my nails, however my friend and I agreed that it was an extremely painful process. A girl next to us even ended up crying because of how painful it was. I asked for a simple nail art and the woman who was doing them did not even finish the design until I had to tell her. She did not try whatsoever to make it look good and immediately after she thought she finished, she went to sit on the couch on her phone. This place was so unprofessional and I don’t think anyone should go here unless you want to see how unprofessional they really are. The only one who was nice was the man who had filed my nails, however my friend and I agreed that it was an extremely painful process. A girl next to us even ended up crying because of how painful it was. I asked for a simple nail art and the woman who was doing them did not even finish the design until I had to tell her. Paid for a gel pedicure and it came off soon as i put my shoes on! Had it redone with about 5 coats of polish which you shouldn’t have to do which made it come out incredibly sloppy!

One star was for the friendliness of the staff and the other is for the fact that they are open until 7 pm on a Sunday. The late hours allow sports-moms a chance to do some self pampering after the weekend running around is over and before the craze of the new week starts. I had a number of concerns with this establishment otherwise. Plexiglass screens along with entire stations and client seats were not sanitized between clients. Gel manicures are expensive and therefore should be done with care. Mine was not. I have smooth, strong, natural nails. I had to ask if a 3rd coat of color could be applied because you could still see through the first 2 coats and the nail tech was fine with that. The coats were not applied smoothly and evenly. Several of my nails were lumpy or dried pitted.
