Critical: QualityNew to the area and needed a Brazilian wax. I don’t know the area so I started with the reviews and here I am. This place had a pretty good rating (4.4 at the time). The lady was nice and pleasing to talk to. Shop was basic and clean. The problem was the actual process. She was RIPPING the hair off my body like it was a rug it was painful and this wasn’t my first time getting this treatment. Weeks later the hair grew in ingrown and the hair was coarse. New to the area and needed a Brazilian wax. I don’t know the area so I started with the reviews and here I am. This place had a pretty good rating (4.4 at the time). The lady was nice and pleasing to talk to. Shop was basic and clean. The problem was the actual process. She was RIPPING the hair off my body like it was a rug it was painful and this wasn’t my first time getting this treatment. Weeks later the hair grew in ingrown and the hair was coarse. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueShe rushed through and did a terrible job. The threading was awful, and the tint job was even worst. The only reason I gave two stars is because I have gone there in the past and had a great experience. Maybe it was just the lady with the horrible BBL I don’t know. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI usually come here to get a Brazilian. I went here because it’s close to work and they are very fast! However the last two times I’ve been in including today was a total disaster. Both times both ladies were very rough. My second Brazilian I just muster through this discomfort however today was simply unbearable. So I settled for a partial Brazilian. Not to mention they never have sheets on the table only a strip of paper covering the table smh! I have wax residue in places I should not and lastly I get home and I see the piss poor job she did and I was livid! Of course I wasn’t given a mirror to see for myself prior to leaving. Of course I called to address my concerns and the number is only an appointment line and Dee would call me back. I’m upset at this point. The young lady on the phone refused to give me her name and explained herself as the appointment girl wth and hung up in my face. Granted they can be nice and welcoming. However their work is NOT consistent, cleanliness with this pandemic going on is not as it should be, and they lack true concern for customers who are not satisfied with their service. Here it is I’m paying for my service and tipping for service rendered that I don’t even like! Third times a charm maybe this was my sign not to return after today… Its truly unfortunate to say but if you are looking for a spa like experience and consultation with your waxing appointment this is most certainly not the place to go!I usually come here to get a Brazilian. I usually come here to get a Brazilian. I went here because it’s close to work and they are very fast! However the last two times I’ve been in including today was a total disaster.
