Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Valuegiving this business a 1 star is being generous if i’m being honest. the receptionist is so unbelievably rude and aggressive when she did my nails. she made me bleed 3 times and rushed me from the beginning when i was choosing a color and when she did my nails. i gave this place the benefit of the doubt and requested another nail tech for a fill in. not even a WEEK passed by and my nails started to break. that’s not ok! not 1, not 2 but 5 nails are broken/cracked. the receptionist proceeded to tell me i had to pay $3 per nail when that basically amounts to a full set when i PAYED for a fill in and the worst part about is she had the audacity to speak with annoyance/anger (in Chinese) about me to the nail technician who did my fill in! she made is so obvious she was speaking horribly about a customer, and they expect to be tipped well? wow. do yourself the favor, don’t go here! :-)Service: Pedicuregiving this business a 1 star is being generous if i’m being honest. the receptionist is so unbelievably rude and aggressive when she did my nails. she made me bleed 3 times and rushed me from the beginning when i was choosing a color and …More

Literally made me pay $55 for a basic french tip acrylic manicure, literally not worth it at all ive payed cheaper.. and they were getting mad at me bc i kept switching up the colors but it literally wasn’t my fault because the colors looked like one thing on the display and looked different when painted on my nails, like i’m trying to get what im paying for, also when she “cleaned” my hands with a towel the towel literally had like a brown stain on it and it grossed me out

Terrible place I do NOT recommend, went for a pedicure and manicure.One of the employees doing my toes keep scrubbing the heel of my foot to hard. I told him to go softer did not listen and told me No he knows what he is doing and will end up with a good result so he said. My foot was really starting to burn so I told him again it was hurting he is going to rough. So he ended up ignored me , from the beginning he did not want to do the pedicure was sending someone else to do it at first but they were all busy. He was angry and speaking in his language . Felt so uncomfortable and ended up with horrible results. He actually ended up leaving cuts on the heels of my foot. I WILL NOT GO BACK !!! Horrible and rude!! After results on there Facebook page
