What can I say about Carmen and her team… I took a leap of faith and decided to get my hair done for the holidays with Carmen. She inspired me to try new things on my hair that I never thought I had the confidence in actually doing. Carmen is professional, has a great sense of humor and is her team is very welcoming. Great place! Clean, organized, and super welcoming by the staff. Carmen did such an amazing job with my hair. I left amazed the the outcome as I’ve been trying to go lighter for months and she brought my vision to life! Carmen made sure to make me feel comfortable as we waited to wash my hair. We got a quote, went ahead with the dye the very next day, and she’s absolutely thrilled beyond belief. When the color had a little more silver than blue after the first day, Carmen had us come back in at no extra charge to fix it a day later. It’s such a beautiful array of blues now that we can’t decide if she’s more peacock or mermaid child. The color is so vibrant and lovely. My daughter hasn’t been to a salon since long before COVID. We got a quote, went ahead with the dye the very next day, and she’s absolutely thrilled beyond belief. My experience with Dream and co was amazing! Carmen was very receptive to what I wanted done, and made sure to ask all of the questions to ensure I’d love the end result. I got a hair cut, full hilights and then styled. It was a very comfortable experience, and I was even treated to snacks during my service. During my appointment she recommended products that would work for my hair type and would compliment the color I was getting. You could tell she was very professional. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI came here with a friend who was getting her hair done. I was deeply disturbed by the experience she encountered. Her stylist, who apparently no longer works here, did a great job with her hair, but the atmosphere in this salon is wild.Even after making an appointment, my friend waited 3 hours until she was attended. During this time, the owner yelled at her employees in front of all the clients about improper communication between her and the staff on hair appointments. It was truly awful to witness. There was so much tension in the air.Later my friend asked to reschedule when the secretary refused while standing one foot away from her.. during a pandemic…this experience was very uncomfortable.. I know this is a new salon but I hope there are improvements. The energy in there was just terrible…I came here with a friend who was getting her hair done.
