Critical: Cleanliness, QualityThey have A LOT of male customers on Sunday! Perhaps that’s why they did such a terrible job on a woman’s hair! Great salon. Make an appointment with Darlin, she will cut your hair exactly how you ask for and want. Also Vianey will provides great facial treatments, again make an appointment, they get really busy.

I called a week ago to make an appointment for my sister and I to get our hair bleached… so when I arrived I waited for 10-15 minutes when the lady came over and asked what was I here for I told her I had an appointment at 1 to go full blond and she told me that she can’t do it since her color stylist got Covid I got so mad coming straight from Pomona and getting dropped off… so unprofessional luckily there was a salon that was next to El Taco Nazo Paris Beauty Salon and got lucky enough to get it bleached.

Critical: ProfessionalismGot there was not greeted. 20 mins pass and a lady walks in and the lady cutting hair looks at her and nods her head to tell her to come and doesn’t even explain to me why she gets to go first when I’ve been waiting 20 mins. Kept looking at her like trying to say what the heck but still doesn’t give me an explanation. Just got up and left. Someone other than the owner cutting your hair is NOT a good idea. Took a chance but NOPE did not end well. So, gonna stick to waiting for owner moving forward.

Tere was able to see me on a last minute appt and was flexible working w/ my schedule. She did a fantastic job w/ my updo for a wedding I was in and offered recommendations based on my hair type. I will definitely return for my next hair appt.
