I did not know much about getting started with dreads including the care and time expectations but Dery was answered all of my questions and more. He’s very chill and easy to talk to, add in the great prices too and you’ll see that it’s difficult not to choose him for your next dreads maintenance visit.

Critical: ProfessionalismWill have you wash your hair on your own the day prior to appointment, and then cancel the appointment when its the day of.. happened multiple times to me. The last time it happened he told me to come earlier than my appointment originally was, (i tried to book an early day weeks before cause I like getting things out of the way and he said he was already full, which is fine) by the time i got to his house, i check my phone to tell him im outside and noticed he messaged me saying he’s canceling due to a family emergency.. (didn’t notice cause I had my eyes on the road while driving..) okay then. I told him no worries cause he said he’ll reschedule me as soon as possible.. 2 days later I ask him if I can swing by the next day to take care of our appointment. HE NEVER RESPONDED TO ME STILL TO THIS DAY.
