I started my loc journey on August 14, 2022 in my home state, but relocated to Florida. I was in NEED of a re-twist and was referred to Dread AddiX Salon. I went online booked an appointment with Ms. Keke on a Sunday, was greeted with a smile and the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. She made me feel very welcomed, took her time and answered ALL of my questions. I have already made my next appointment. The salon is very clean, they sanitize each station, wash sink and dryer once a client gets up. Hands down I definitely recommend this salon!

I was interested in getting loc extensions installed. I was definitely down to pay lucratively for her service. I at first need my hair done immediately cause I had some events to go to. I gave her a call she proceeded to say that a consultation was $20 in person and free over the phone. I sent her the picture over the phone through a text since she said she would have the quote to me by the end of the day. I waited 3 days before responding again. So I texted her “Hello can I please get an estimate of the cost??” She didn’t reply back to me until 2 days later saying “ We already discussed this and you said that you needed them done that day which I told you I could not do” I replied back like “ I would still like to get them done, you said you would send me a quote. 2 more days later she sends me basically an assessment of what I want I filled it out immediately and sent it to her. The next day she text me basically trying to insult me asking if my hair was matted or cut short. I explained that my hair was in a ponytail the day before. At this moment I was beyond feed up with how unprofessional this lady was so I sent her another message. I let her know that she was unprofessional and terrible at customer service. Of course this lady didn’t text back. For anyone that is thinking about going to this place of business for service. DON’T!!!!! It would definitely be a waste of your time. I would have gave this business 0 stars if I could just by the owners communication skills. I’m glad I didn’t spend my money with her. Read the good and bad comments. The bad comments seem more truthful than the good ones. It’s a fact that the owner need to go to a class on how to be professional.
