One of the best hair cut and styling experience. We made a reservation a day prior and it was a Wednesday. Reached there by time and there were 4-5 people, we waited for sometime to get started. So advisable to have a reservation for full service.

Book an appointment for full service. Staff are welcoming while making a reservation and in the salon. They’ll first do a consultation with your stylist. Just be clear enough to know what you want and the length of hair. There might be a delay to start service if the place is busy so plan accordingly. Our stylist was D-Lite, she did a wonderful job on my short layer cut. It turned out just like my reference picture. She did long layers showed it to me and after I wanted more she deepened it. This was nice because I could see the difference and she asked me to cut short,deep. She gave my husband a good haircut as well. The salon was well maintained. Price is reasonable for the service they provide.

I was tired of walking in the city for like 5 hours and as I was walking I passed by this salon – I saw this decent looking salon and decided to give my legs a rest and get a wash and cut to get my energy back. They did not disappoint for sure. I stood outside reading the reviews first for a couple of minutes before deciding to walk in as I’m really very particular about my hair. The lady that shampooed and conditioned my hair was amazing and it felt really nice. I had a slight headache before I walked into the salon and it went away after she shampooed and messaged my scalp. Decided to go for a Bob and chop off several inches for a change and Ruby did a great job. She was friendly, approachable, and complimented the quality of my hair. We had a nice conversation. She gave me exactly what I was looking for and then some. After the cut and blow dry she checked my hair again a few times to make sure everything was exactly what I wanted. My husband loved my haircut as well. Great customer service! Good haircut!

I got a cut and color today with Viva today and it was the best experience! She perfectly matched my roots to my new growth and chopped off like 2+ feet of hair to a sleek bob. She was kind, funny, patient, and validating. She took the time to ask if I was ready to make such a change and why. She listened to my concerns and wants and gave me a little education about the type of hair I have and what she thinks is best. The entire time she gave me options. I felt heard. My new hair is so cute and I am now a forever client of this gal. Her 30+ years in the biz really shows. THANK YOU!!!

I normally don’t leave reviews, but just had to in this case! Ruby did my hair and it was an amazing experience. I have really struggled to find a new consistent stylist I can trust, and can confidently say my struggles are over! The reason I really want to recommend Ruby is not just because she is great at her job (she is), but because she explains everything she does and actually gives valuable thoughts about how to improve your hair! In addition to getting exactly what I wanted, I also felt like I learned more about my hair and what looks good on me.

Genuinely not a hair on my head that I wouldn’t let Ruby touch. At the beginning of each appointment she takes the time to clarify what color/cut you would like (and provides great suggestions when even I’m not sure about exactly what I want) before delivering exactly that. Every time I leave the salon thinking my hair will never look as good again (that is until my next appointment). Definitely will be returning in the future!

Hi Dita is what I would call an angel with her hands. Every time I leave my seat, stand up, and look at myself in the mirror, I feel like $1,000,000. I asked for curtain bangs and she gave me straight across chunky bangs. I specifically go here because the price for a wash and cut is decent. My stylist kept pushing me to blow dry my hair and told me that she couldn’t give me exactly what I wanted with it wet, which is very questionable. I simply can’t afford to spend $20-$40 extra for someone to blow dry my hair and now I’m miserable.
