I went in with high expectations given the photos and reviews. I asked for a French pedicure and a gel manicure. I spent over $100 on myself and my boyfriend. My gel manicure is a little over a week old and all of the nails on my right hand are extremely chipped (and I’ve been being careful). I’ve never had a gel manicure go bad this soon. On top of that my pedicure was just poorly done. The nail tech didn’t use a base coat, just white polish and top coat.

I came here to get a manicure for my wedding day. I came with my sisters, and we had an appointment at 5:30PM. They were seen not right away, but it was busy so we understood. They got gel manicures, and I wanted regular polish. I waited almost 2 hours to be seen- when I finally sat down, I told the manicurist what I wanted, and she told me that I had to get gel. I told her I didn’t want gel, as last time I got it, it ruined my nails. Another manicurist told me that she had just done what I wanted for another girl, so she had me look at her nails. As soon as I got up, my manicurist took another client. The girl who had the design I wanted was shocked. They told me to sit down, and I waited another 45 minutes to be seen. At this point, it’s almost closing time, and both my sisters have been done for a while. No one wanted to do my nails unless I was getting gel. I settled on a design I didn’t want, and my manicurist rushed through. On top of that, she used the electric drill to sand all my nails down after I asked her not to. My nails were peeling, but she could’ve used a regular file. This happened almost 2 months ago, and I’m still dealing with the damage caused by my manicurist. I hated my nails for my wedding day. I was so disappointed- my sister never goes anywhere else to get her nails done, and I was treated so terribly here.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI really thought this place was gonna be great because of how beautiful the inside of it is and all the great reviews… but I thought wrong. I got a manicure and pedicure and two days after I got my pedicure it had came off in clumps. I had came back to get them redone and MR. B HAD SPOKEN WITH ME TO WAIT AND HE WILL FIX THEM. I waited 20-30 for him to fix them for him to tell me he can’t fix them and I need to know who did them. And I did not know who had done them because they had 3 different people doing my nails and toes. I asked for a refund cause I had to go after he wouldn’t fix my toe nails and he unprofessionally told me no. And kept repeating himself no refund. I paid 55 for my toe nails for them to be smudged and chipped. He should be fired !!! This was not the first time I seen him arguing with a customer. My toes look horrible. This place is terrible. Horrible customer service. I had the best and most detailed pedicure. The callous removal was excellent, massage was extensive and the products smelled great. I then had gel manicure with tip. I haven’t had nails done often, the tech did a great job explaining the process, talking me through my options and the end product was perfection. The service was above and beyond. Got my nails done here and they came out uneven and the dip was thick in some areas and thin in others. Two nail cracked across and hurt so bad. I had to have them removed 7 days after. $93 down the drain. Dip powder

I had the best pedicure I have ever had at any nail salon EVER! It was so great! The wax and stone massage was worth every penny! I felt like a princess! I’m new to the area and have gone to a couple of places and I feel like I’ve finally found my home for a “me day”. The customer service is unbeatable!
