I was next door getting pizza and while I waited for it I decided to go make a nail appointment so I go in there and nobody greeted me, nobody even looked at me. I understand this place doesn’t do walk ins and it’s fine, I wasn’t there for that. The level of rudeness was unbelievable! If someone walks into your business you should at least acknowledge them. I was just there standing for several min and even the people that weren’t busy just ignored my presence so I left. If you own a business have some basic manners!

I cannot believe I have not posted a review until now! I have been going here for longer than I can remember. They feel like family to me. It is always clean (they meticulously clean at the end of every night and throughout the day) and they provide your own personal box of tools if you’re a regular customer and you ask. Hop is fantastic and is my favorite person, as are Lynn and Tom (and frankly anyone else who is there. ) Kim does amazing artwork and nail design. I will never go anywhere else as long as they remain open.

I don’t know about you, but when I go to get my nails done, and pay a good amount of money to do so, I would like to be acknowledged and treated with respect. This is the kind of salon where you walk in and no one even looks up or says hello to you. In fact, sometimes I have felt that my being there, with an appointment ready to get my nails done with a cheerful smile, is actually a bother to them. I have gone here many many times and have had some good experiences but lately I have gotten such a bad vibe from them. I don’t want to leave a salon feeling bad! The person doing my nails would often be on the phone or listening to something with ear buds and if I wanted to comment on my nails or what I wanted done, it was a bother. A repeat customer that is reliable and tips well should be given better service than that and everyone deserves at least a “hello” . After the last rude visit, I walked out. There are many other salons in the area!

This is the worst nail salon I have EVER been to. It should not take 1 hour and 40 minutes to be even seen! Today I walked in with a friend and we asked for TWO gel manicures. A man asked if we could wait and we asked how long. We were told 20 minutes. We told them we would be back and we were going to go next door to go get pizza to kill time. We come back about 20-25 minutes or so later and we get handed the basket to choose our color. After picking our color and talking for about 20 more minutes, a woman came over and said to my friend to come with her and she would do her nails. My friend suggested I came with her and waited with her to finish our conversation. We talked while she got her nails done and I waited. Then I noticed a woman was being helped that came in after us. I asked the woman if I was going to be seen because it was AN HOUR at this point. The woman apologized and said that the woman doing a pedicure would help me in 5 minutes. I needed to leave in a half an hour. The woman who I asked saw I had gel on my nails currently and put on the foil while I waited. About another 10 minutes later the woman who was supposed to do my nails helped another customer who came AFTER me. I asked the woman AGAIN why I wasn’t being helped and other customers were. She said that another man would help me. By the time the man was ready to help me it had already been an hour and a half. I told them to take off the foil and needed to leave. The woman took off my nail polish and another man came over to further take off my nail polish. He said he could paint my nails and at that point I needed to leave in 5 minutes. I began to tell him how it shouldn’t take a customer 1 1/2 hours to be seen. He told be that they had a lot of appointments, but that does not excuse a tremendous wait time. He also told me that he thought we wanted one gel manicure for my friend and nothing for myself. The staff seemed very unapologetic and another man just blantly ignored me. I was also told that if I let the first man do it 10 minutes ago I would have been done by now. If they want to do my nails in 5/10 minutes I definitely wouldn’t have gotten a well done manicure! Will definitely not be coming back and this isn’t even my first time having a long 30+ minute wait to be seen and ended up going home with nothing. Will tell all my friends about how to stay as far away a possible from this awful place with atrocious customer service!

I called and asked about a manicure & pedicure I was told to come in right now and I did from Washingtonville and when I got there she was doing someone else. And the guy stated that I took to long to get there ? If time was a factor then why not ask what time could I be there!!! Don’t tell a customer to come in and then say you can’t take them. Horrible
