So you have to tip 20% for an $80 massage which brings it to $150. You’re charged before the message. The lady in the front was rude and did not mention that she would charge you 20% just not very welcoming. Our card was having an issue with the bank so we were being declined and she pretty much made fun of us for it, even though it got processed a few moments later. Now this lady has this tip that I feel she doesn’t deserve, I work in the industry and tipping isn’t something I’d normally do for awful demeaning service.

Very kind masseuse. I was a walk in late after having sore muscles and back from being sick. They took me in after a 30 minute wait and I felt great after that hour! They even popped my bones (loudly) and laughed with me about it. Great place!

Will NOT be returning to this place. Went in to try out this place which had just opened. They had me pay before my massage, therefore I did not add my tip to the total, cause I usually base my tip on how well the service was. I’m always a very good tipper. This was by far, the most awkward massage I’ve ever received. Ever. Upon leaving, the massage therapist hands me a water on my way out. I handed her the tip I felt she deserved and she told me it wasn’t enough. Lol. How do you tell someone they did not tip you enough?! I am also in the service industry, and I never expect a tip. A tip, in my opinion, is optional. Another girl then came up the front and also told me that I had to tip her 20%. That in the USA you have to tip 20%. Wrong. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

Poor business skills. I walked in and was told “busy”. Apparently, no one to work the front or even be able to speak English and she was obviously not having a good day.. I need a daily massage while I’m in town and they obviously don’t need the business.
