This place is a gem. They take walk ins and appointments via phone. I love getting the hour foot and calf massage to help with my plantar fasciitis. Add hot stone for $10 after a long work week. The employees are welcoming and work efficiently. Definitely worth the trip to Southdale. Highly recommend for a massage.

All of their good masseuses don’t work there anymore and they have raised their prices by $20 within the past 18 months. We are disappointed. We used to love coming here. Now they are priced like everyone else which isn’t going to bring more people in. Not a good business move. You now pay more money for half the quality of massage.

My daughter, husband and myself have been here many times and we loved it. The last time my daughter had a gal who tried to arrange appointment times for everyone walking through the door. Not only was she talking to someone else the entire time but she stopped massaging each time. My girl’s idea of massaging was to just squeeze my arms and legs and put an elbow in my back. Worst massage I’ve ever had!!! We had a similar experience the time before.They lost three good customers.

Just left from getting a massage. When I walked in I requested 1hr. They informed me I would get a 1hr massage. Two therapist conducted the massage. I specifically stated I wanted 1hr when I walked in. I also reminded both massage therapist I wanted one hour as they set the timer. The timer went off after 30 minutes. The massage therapist abruptly ran out the room. I asked the front desk lady why was my massage cut short. She said two people equals 1hr. I wasn’t pleased with the customer service. I didn’t get what I requested. The massage was ok but not the best. I paid $85.00 for a 30 min massage. I feel like I was scammed. Will never return here again they loss my business and I’ve been here a few times. I didn’t tip and I was very disappointed. Don’t go here!!!

The lady at the front kept walking back talking loud with the employees. Very distracting. I specifically ask the person giving the massage to work on my right ankle. She didn’t work on it once. She put the hot stones on and left them on my legs not using them to massage.The foot massage was weak. Barely working the muscles. She was talking with other employees the whole time. Went to the front and was asked for cash only. I didn’t have cash and she said we can use the machine but we get charged so we prefer cash. I was charged $50.00. So not worth it. Won’t be going back.
