Went today for the first time! Saw that Dracut Nails and Spa had great reviews and were open fairly late. The time was actually wrong and my family and I showed up at closing time but they still took us! Kevin did my mothers nails and Kim did mine. They were absolutely flawless! Careful, attentive, kind, friendly… everything we hoped for and more! It was especially refreshing after a disappointing visit to another place in Lowell; which, after visitIng here, we will never be returning to. The employees here deserve the 5 stars and a generous tip indeed. Was satisfied with every aspect, and would highly recommend.

Appointments HIGHLY recommended, even if you call the day of in the am. They usually cannot take walk-ins unless it is mid-day during the week. Good job on mani and pedi. Clean cut nails and file job. Lots of moisturizer. A decent massage for both services as well. Legs (and hands, a bit) were left a bit greasy after due to what I’m guessing is coconut oil, but, it’s better than having dry cracked feet by the time you get home at the end of the day! Highly recommend.
