I was seen in November 2021, I waited 3 months and never heard an update from them. I began calling every couple weeks for an update and was given several excuses why my medicine was taking so long. March 2022 I decided to call my insurance providers myself, and I was told the prescription was never sent in, no referral, nothing. So I went somewhere else and am already farther along in the approval process in 10 days than I got in 6 months here. When I called to tell them to just not do anything, which they were already doing lol, they said thank you!! Couldn’t believe it. Wasted 6 months waiting for medicine I desperately need.

I absolutely love the office. The front desk girls are always so friendly to me and every patient I have seen them interact with. And have had to handle a few patients that didn’t seem like they should have still gotten even a smile thrown their way with the way they acted, but those girls handled it very well in my opinion. Went to Dr. Yeoman on a recommendation from a friend. Got in and was seen by a PA, not the Doctor. The PA took a biopsy and told me they would call as soon as the biopsy results came in, about 48 hours. Five days later I called them ! They were not ready to give me any information. I had to wait for a call back. Finally got a call back. I was told they did not want to do anything and were referring me to a group in Memphis, TN. ! They had sent al of my information to them and I was to get a confirmation call. It has been a week now and no call. I am going to have to go to someone who is a bit more professional ! It was a waste of my time, travel and copay money !

I showed up early to my appointment, and got to listen to the front desk person be snotty to someone on the phone (“call me back when YOU’RE perfect”), then an hour later and 30 mins after my appointment time they keep calling everyone else back, and arguing about which order the patients are in and talk about leaving early. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. I will not be returning.
