I did the Clear & Brilliant treatment on my face and neck. I’ve had the treatment multiple times before but not like this! Dr. Refresh has the newest machine available targeting all my concerns in one session. My experience from purchase, check-in, to completion was delightful. Not only was I greeted by the lovely Manager, Nadine, the owner and RN performing my treatment greeted me as well. My treatment and results were above satisfactory and I’m excited to return for my next treatment. 10/10 recommend Dr. refresh!

Absolutely love Dr. Refresh!!!!! I come to this spot every week for the cold plunge tank and the infrared sauna. State of the art tank, clean private space, even with a shower for when you’re done. Also, even the owner Chris will coach you through for your first time if he is around. So many benefits to this. Great staff who is helpful and friendly. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the benefits of something that all the elite athletes and health buffs are in on but accessible for the every day individual.

I had the ice bath and sauna experience – it was incredible! This was my first ever ice bath and Chris (Dr.Refresh himself!) could not have been more helpful, caring and guiding through it! I did 3 minutes which I was super surprised by and loved it from start to finish. I felt amazing after and it helped so much with my workout recovery. Can’t wait to come back.

I got the clear & bright facial. It included a numbing and laser procedure. The staff was absolutely amazing!! I was so nervous as it was my first experience with this facial and asked a million questions, but I soon realized there was no need to be as my aesthetician answered everything and made the experience so comfortable. Two hours after the procedure, I already notice a difference in my skin texture. It is super smooth and amazing. I 10/10 recommend Dr. Refresh!!

Had a wonderful experience! Firstly walking in, it smelled incredible! Love that, everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. Polly who did my IV was so sweet and well trained and also great to talk to. My IV was pretty much painless and really gave me the boost I’ve needed with all my recent traveling . I’ve been to many different infrared saunas and this one has been my favorite experience. The room itself is beautiful with a shower and a cold plunge. Very clean and organized. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an good infrared sauna experience.

After a less than stellar experience at another Med Spa trying to reduce my redness with IPL, I walked into Dr. Refresh hoping for better results, and they delivered. After an impromptu & honest consultation, I booked a package of Clear & Brilliant (because they knew what I needed better than I did). They were able to squeeze me in that day, and even IPL’d my facial redness to make up for where the previous Med Spa lacked. It’s been 6 days since my treatment and the results are great. I had more redness reduction from the IPL in 1x session here than I did with 3x sessions at the previous place – the Clear & Brilliant has dramatically improved my tone, texture and brown spots. This is not just my opinion, but my friends have verbally noticed and asked me what I was doing. If these are the results after 1x session, I can’t wait to see the results after the 3x. But if results aren’t enough to convince you to try Dr. Refresh, then the extremely kind staff, aesthetically pleasing office, and informative owner are sure to make you feel comfortable and in safe hands.
