Don’t let the friendly office personnel fool you. After waiting 45 minutes to an hour after my scheduled appointment, I found Dr. Small to be condescending and borderline rude. Dr. Small was not interested in why I booked the consultation; she had her own agenda. She certainly does not have good “bedside” manner.
