I have been going to Dr. Kidwell for at least 10 years. He is an amazing Dr. and takes his time to answer questions, and explains medical diagnosis so the patient will understand. He and his staff provide the utmost quality care of any doctor’s office I have ever gone to. He is personable, friendly, and empathetic. I have never waited any longer than 10 minutes, and that was probably because I was early. I highly recommend Dr. Kidwell and his staff.

Called to make an appointment because the website said ‘same day appointment available’ and open til 7:00 PM on Wednesdays for your convenience. Turns out, best available appointment was in several weeks, and he’s not even in the office on Wednesdays. At all, much less there til 7:00 for my convenience. Bad website advertising. Pretty discouraged about what else is misleading… Going somewhere else.
