Critical: Quality, ValueI had a breast augmentation done by this doctor two years ago. She told me she placed the implants under the muscle but that was a lie. The implant is over the muscle She is dishonest now I’m suffering complications for my breast augmentation that’s completely BOTCHED. I had a breast augmentation done by this doctor two years ago. She told me she placed the implants under the muscle but that was a lie. The implant is over the muscle She is dishonest now I’m suffering complications for my breast augmentation that’s completely BOTCHED. Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismVery interesting that Dr. Q has made many interviews lately -Where she talks about “Empathy “ about how much she cares about her patients, she’s even a new Dr. 90210 on E!I didn’t have the opportunity to even meet her on my consult so I want to leave a review and at the same time tell her she know nothing about empathy or professionalism.Dr. Q you talk about “empathy to all your patients” how is that because the experience I had today when I attended my consult with you was the complete opposite, Let me refresh your memory I was born with a Congenital Heart defect known as HLHS I was so excited to meet you even if you examined me and said It be too risky or told me you couldn’t, I would have understood because I trusted you and I believe in you!I was confident to come to you because you have once consider being a cardiac surgeon you know empathy , being In your examine room doing all the required paper work and answering all medical history questions to your assistant , I was asked to change In gown and you would come to examine me for breast augmentation,I was already feeling insecure about my medical history and disability and you made it worst when you denied to see me after learning my medical history , you send your assistant to let me know “you where not coming to see me because without getting a medical clearance first “I understand the medical clearance is by far more important my safety is priority “ but how am I going to ask for a medical clearance when I wasn’t even given the opportunity to learn about the surgery the duration the pros and cons because you couldn’t take 10 minutes of your time to explain to someone like me with a complex heart history the process of breast augmentation why ??I left crying from your office I felt to humiliate and sad you couldn’t even take my consult to explain anything to me , I don’t know about you but I don’t think there’s any empathy there? Do me a favor just advertise as time is money and I would understand but don’t say you practice empathy when you don’t.
