I’ve been a costumer for a while now, and I absolutely love everything and all the staff that works there is amazing, very friendly. Kathleen is awesome and helps me making good deals with all the treatments. I do mostly laser skin rejuvenation which I’m obsessed with, I also do Botox, fillers and my lip flip I love all of it. I also purchased a fácil and I can’t wait to get it done.

I don’t recommend this place. I bought 3 sessions but after completing the first treatment “torture” I knew I would never do it again. The office manager assured me I could change my treatment to something else so I wouldn’t lose the money. A couple of months later I tried to book a new appointment but the front desk person, who checked in with the office manager while we spoke, denied me a change in treatment. I lost $600+. Tbh, I didn’t feel comfortable during the procedure. The place didn’t feel like a clean medical beauty center, the ceiling was exposed. We were still in the mids of covid and they made all patients were masks, but nobody in there did. The nurse that treated me did not wear a mask when handling my blood samples.

Truly love Dr LASER! I’ve been coming for a while now to remove large tattoos on my upper thighs, Achilles’ tendons, and lower back. I was initially nervous about lasering my melanated skin, but my tattoos are fading beautifully, with no scarring or discoloration (hyper or hypo pigmentation). Claire is one of the best to ever do my tat removal, she’s gentle, efficient, and a joy to converse with, almost distracts me from the pain, haha! Tat removal is excruciating as a general rule, but kind, knowledgeable technicians, spotless, gorg interiors, and delightful spa consultants like Brie make the experience all the more better. Next up, once my tats fade is laser hair removal. Don’t mind me, just going to keel finding reasons to keep coming back

I treated my daughter to live injections at Dr Laser on Wilshire. It was a terrible experience. She specifically told the injector to use only half of the substance. The injector did not listen to her and put almost all of the substance in her small lips. The results were very lumpy and unattractive. She needed to have another procedure to dissolve the substance which was very painful.
