Just started week 4 of Semaglutide and Phentermine. I’m 5’5” and started at 202 lbs I’m down to 193, 3 lbs a week. I’m taking 3 Zumba classes a week, and when I can’t make the gym, I’m turning on YouTube. After 3 weeks on Dr Good’s program and I’m almost @20% of my goal weight!
