I knew Sophia from another shop that she worked at It at this shop she told me to wear a mask her requirements during cov-19 I said no problem but people were was checking in for appointments so I happy for her and excuse myself each time because they were wearing no mask not a problem so sshe made it so unbearable to her co worker that was not wearing a mask at the time that wanted to come in here space that he simply said you’re getting on my nerves on the first Dayan she was so afraid of he history he had shared with her that I had to check up on her that night . Now I make and appointment with her and she telling the Dr jay barbershop rules that people may have mask on or not come at my on risk and when they show up to get my hair done she don’t and didn’t even pick up the phone on professional and discriminated against and then she lied because she text the barbershop rules

Was mislead by booking on newsreel. Needs to be disconnected of internet. Very dissatisfied. Waited at establishment for appointment that I booked for fiance for 20 minutes before finding out the place was not even open today, although the door and internet states open on Sudays starting at 10 am . Very misleading!
