20 Years ago, I had just been Diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, and I just switched to her. On my First Visit, I was in a Great Deal of Pain from Pre-Existing Neck and Back Pain, MS Pain, and Pain from the Side Effects of the MS Medication that I had just Started Injecting Myself. I was just about to have an Operation for Several Lesions, and I showed her some more, that I had just Discovered, and on the Spot, she acknowledged their Existence, and said that it wouldn’t be a problem to have them removed as well, and she increased the Number of Lesions written on the Appropriate Paperwork, saving Time and Expense. Dr. Keon-Hong, after initially shaking my Hand, and after our Introductions, she told me that she actually wasn’t taking any more New Patients, and that it was really a Mistake that I had gotten this far. I was so Bummed Out, after she had been suggested to me by my Neurologist, and having Researched her and her Qualifications, and having chosen her, out of all of the other Primary Care Doctors, to hear that I wasn’t even supposed to have been given that Appointment. With all of my Pain, the New MS Diagnosis, (amongst other Serious Health Issues) and about to have Multiple Operations for Unknown Causes of Multiple Lesions, I remember feeling very Anxious, and was trying to give her a clear picture of my many Health Problems, before as far as I knew, that I might have been cut short at any Second. Despite the Wreck of a Fairly Young Man that I was obviously portraying…. she listened to everything that I was sharing with her…. and she ultimately accepted me as her Last New Patient at the Time. 20 Years Later, and many many Visits and Care later, including for a Rare Blood Virus That could have taken my Life…. and caused me to ultimately be Hospitalized for, the First Time in my Life. I later found out from her Office Staff, that prior to the Diagnosis, she told the Office Staff TO CANCEL ALL APPOINTMENTS FOR THAT DAY, SO SHE COULD DEVOTE ALL OF HER ATTENTION TO ME!! She checked on me every Day at the Hospital, for the 4 Days I was Admitted!!

She is professional, caring and kind. She listens and you can tell that she genuinely wants to know how your doing overall as well as in regard to why you came in. Wait times are short, staff is great. I’ve had some awful and mediocre primary care doctors, she is not among them. I love my doctor!

Horrible. Rushed 1st time visit. I had multiple issues and she would only address 2. Argued with me that i have to have prior authorization for a podiatry visit, when im well aware an allcare written referral is all i need to cover first 2 visits. Very rude and unprofessional. Did not want to give medd for depression at first. Hmmm. Ill never go here again!!

She definitely doesn’t want to be a family care doctor and she makes that obvious. The receptionists are unable to send a fax. They didn’t charge my insurance appropriately and I over paid for bills. They were supposed to be correcting this but I every time I ask they are still “working on it.” Horrible.
