They pay close attention to detail and take the time to answer any questions I have and make me feel comfortable and at ease. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI’ve Been to Over 6 Different Medical Spas..As someone who has professional (clerical) experience with medical spas, I understand the environment can be somewhat chaotic. Between this, and injectors who try to nickel and dime, I’ve been left with a sour taste in my mouth for medical spas.Despite reading reviews, I was unsure what to expect from my visit to O De Rose (I just wanted the borders of my lips re-defined).-1. PROFESSIONALISM:It’s RARE to walk into a medical spa clinic and actually see the doctor. I was actually very surprised. And Dr. Assif is incredibly personable, professional, artistically-driven, intelligent & cautious with his work.2. CLEANLINESS:I am to receive my COVID vaccine this week, and I’m weary about the places that I go. O De Rose is exceptionally clean, both of the physicians are vaccinated and following mandated guidelines very closely.3. YOU GUIDE YOUR OWN EXPERIENCE:Dr. Assif turned to me halfway through adding a tiny bit of filler into my lips and asked, “where do you see room to improve?”.I have to admit, I had my lips done for the first time at 19 years old, and they were very (very..) plump, and I just went along with 2 full syringes as the P.A. had suggested. Being more mature now, I am looking for more subtle of a result, and of course, an injector to trust.Dr. Assif made subtle changes during my appointment today, and even corrected some past injections I had, which had left my face looking a bit uneven before.-Beauty and aesthetics is the largest industry here in Orange County, which means there is plenty of money to be made.
