Great service, lovely employees, amazing nail techs. my mom and I came in for a walk-in and they were able to fit us in right away, my mom is sensitive to the smell of acetone so they took us to the back. They are very gentle with the pedicures and all of their pricing is very good. Definitely the best nail place I’ve ever been and if I could give them more than five stars i absolutely would!

Honestly, I used this place 4yrs ago and wasn’t impressed then and not impressed now. Looking at my photo, you can see that it looks like there are craters in my nail polish and she didn’t really clean up in around the nail bed as well. I had mentioned something to her before she continued to put more polish on and she ignored me and said that it will go away when she puts the top coat. No ma’am, it didn’t and it shouldn’t do that in the first place…

I went to get my nails done for my birthday and was highly disappointed by the experience. I got a pedicure and the lady who did it was lovely. However, after that I got my nails done and I ended up getting cut 3 times! And the after product of my nails look cheap and lifting already. I’ve been going to this establishment since it’s opened so I trusted the pricing and to get the idea I had and execute it well. I guess I made a mistake because they over charged me for my basic French tip nails and basic polish pedicure which cost me $100 when it should’ve been $75. I will NEVER go back as they added $15 worth of “tax” onto my bill. What a ridiculous establishment.

I guess it all depends on who you get when doing the nails. The lady that did my daughter’s nails seemed like she was in a rush and not taking her time. By the time my daughters nails were done her fingers were all bleeding. Not even a week later one of her nails fell completely off. Wish I had got her name so we know to not ever go to her again! Getting a mani pedi is a tradition between my mom, my sister, and me whenever I am in town, and my sister goes here frequently and has her favorite nail tech. My mother and I, however, won’t be returning. My service was just okay, but my mom left embarrassed because the woman who was doing her dip got loud and irritated with her when she asked a question about the color. So much so that almost all of the salon heard and the manager came over. It was an unpleasant experience, and for those prices, that is not okay.

I was so disappointed as they were rated number one in the QC. I went there because my regular salon was booked. The place is nice and as well as the staff. However, they did an awful job on my gel manicure, was not smoothed and polish was put on way too think. 🙁 Gel manicures
