We were just here with our sons (1 and 3) to get their hair cut. We told them ahead of time that it might be challenging because they’d get scared and we were told that would be fine. Sure enough, they cried. We were told by management that they were being too loud. How are they going to tell us that they do kids hair and then get upset when the kids get scared. I will absolutely never come back here. Horrible management!
