Came here three days ago for a full set of acrylics. The woman who did my nails barely said a word to me. I specified what I wanted three times, short, square, & matte black. My polish was applied way too thick and started peeling and bubbling yesterday ( two days after I got them done ). The polish is also lumpy and not smooth. She applied the shiny overcoat instead of the matte and when I had mentioned I had asked for the matte she just put the matte overcoat over the shiny topcoat when the polish was already too thick. I paid $50 before tip for this set of acrylics. While I was in there another lady came in requesting a repaint as she had also had hers done only three days prior and it was bubbling and peeling off.

Update: Cindy reached out and told me to come in on Monday afternoon to get my nails fixed. She was very sweet about the whole situation. She fixed every single nail and even replaced two nails. She did such an amazing with fixing the shape and color as well. I am very happy with how my nails turned out. I can def tell she cares about making sure ppl are happy with their nails. She was able to turn a bad experience to a good one. Thank you Cindy! I appreciate it so much!!!

I have used DP nails for many, many years. Everyone is so nice. Always willing to get you in as soon as they can. I have never been disappointed with the way my nails, manicure or pedicure, looked. Except for today. I had the nail dip. My nails are uneven. They were not cleaned around the edges or under the top of my nails. I had to ask him to clean the polish off. They still look messy. The shape of my nails look like an upside down guitar pic. They always ask how I want my nails shaped but not today. AND this is not my shape. He seemed in a big hurry. So this is my first time disappointed with their service. Otherwise they are awesome!!!!

Terrible experience nails not done well. They seemed to be rushed. Nails are uneven overall was just not impressed. Only one nail tech actually seemed happy to be there. Did not ask one time if I liked what they looked like. Will not go back.
