Expensive unfortunately. Really nice people but I just think it’s really overpriced to the extreme point I was in shock. I have been going here for awhile but I have gotten a new nail tech recently and have been going to her a lot, that does 1000% better had her certifications in nails and arts and is way cheaper. Probably because inflation. But again if you rich and don’t mind spending an extra 40+ dollars, you can go here. Cute fam business.

Frustrated as this place told me (now happened twice) to come in a time, which I confirmed over the phone, then told to wait 30+ minutes when I arrived at THAT time. They didn’t even apologise! It seems as if they have no regard for customers time and just want to make money / have a bunch of clients just sitting around.

I wish I could give this salon a -1000. The guy there sliced my cuticles. Not just one, but 5 of my fingers, (3 on left and 2 on right) see pictures. His nails were filthy and he even got dirt under my nails from his nails. The first 2 pictures is from when I left the salon then the last picture is from the day after. My cuticles are sore to the touch. I got a refund but that’s not the point. I am in pain and I keep bumping my fingers on stuff and it HURTS. What’s more is that he KEPT using the tools on me even after I was bleeding. When I went back in later that day for my refund, he was using the same brush on another person and that brush had my blood on it (the dry brush they use to dust hands with) He didn’t sanitize ANYTHING and I asked him if I could go wash bc I was bleeding and he said “no wash.” I said “I am bleeding and I need to wash, put alcohol or something!” He seemed annoyed, laughed and used his bare hands to clean my bloody fingers. He didn’t use gloves. I cannot believe this place is still open. I will be reporting them to the cosmetic board. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

When it was my turn she immediately started pulling hard on my nails seeing if they lift. And took off 3 nails that were not broken when I came in. She charged me for the nails SHE took off.Then, said $75 for a FILL IN like come on. I decided to leave and take my own nails off and get a fresh set somewhere else she still charged me $10 just to take or 3 nails and file them HORRIBLE. Do not go here . Had the paradise pedicure done yesterday, and while the treatment was nice, the nail polish was horrible. It doesn’t remotely look like a professional painted my nails. Very upset because I paid $50 for this pedicure, and you would expect for your toes to reflect that. Also unfortunate because I live an hour away and wouldn’t be easy for me to go back to have them fix it.

Just okay. Dip/SNS color selection was pretty poor, almost everything has sparkles in it and there aren’t as many options as most other salons offer. Finished manicure was sort of sloppy.

Quality of service was great but the tech were not very social ! I also heard a lot of profanity in the music they were playing. This was pop music with out the edited version of the music, including the F word. When I spoke to my tech about it he did not say anything or do anything because he was wearing ear buds and not listening to me!! I had great service and they did a great job with nails but I didn’t get a friendly feeling when I was there

The workers are professional and the place was clean. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting. I came at a busy time, but called ahead. The owner was truthful and told me an estimated time I would wait. I appreciated that. While I waited, I enjoyed conversation with some of the workers. I will definitely be going back.
