Went for my first Brazilian wax this past Monday. I was a little nervous but Gena is the consummate professional. Right off the bat, she was very warm and welcoming. I didnt feel awkward at all. We chatted the entire time while she also explained the process. Being in the cosmetology industry myself, it was fun to talk to her. A little bummed there are no maintenance discounts HOWEVER Gena is so worth it to pay full price every time! I’m looking forward to my next visit!
