This place is fantastic. It is clean and has a great team wielding the ancient wisdom of Chinese massage! I have been 4 times and had three different employees give me a massage. Each one has been great. My go-to guy is Mac. Fantastic deep tissue skills; respect to the master!

Other than uncomfortable beds, noise of other clients (snoring not included), short transparent dirty sheets, waiting time (even tho we had a reservation), my male therapist kept going out for no reason, never have I ever heard complaints about amount of tips until yesterday and he tried arguing with my husband saying we should give him at least $50 extra ( massage for both was $110+ $10 tax which we never saw a check of). And even tho I love massage and get it every week I will neither come back nor recommend this place even to the worst enemy

Massage was okay. Was told couple massage would be $55 each over the phone. Upon checking out, I was told $60. This is a +$10 difference and I was going to make a fuss. The clerk who happened to be my masseuse made a huge deal and ridiculously uncomfortable situation by demanding we use the ATM and pay with cash. Once I presented the cash needed he picked up money waved it and said “NO TIP!?!? ”. I went ahead a put an extra $10 down to call it a day and he kept trying to force me to take more money out of the ATM. What on earth. I will never be back and would suggest to stay away due to confrontational and outrageous behavior when checking out. I am sure this is driving business away at an alarming rate. Yikes!

I bought the one hour deluxe massage through Groupon for 53.00$. I followed the instructions and called ahead to make an appointment and let them know I was using Groupon. When I arrived a man and woman were in the lobby. I let them know I called and made an appointment. I pulled up my Groupon and showed them the redeeming barcode. They told me that it was no good, that couldn’t use the barcode that was sent to me in an email from Groupon. I was confused and let them know this was the email I received after paying through Groupon. The man raised his voice and yelled at me as if it was my fault. He kept saying it was “no good”. He made me so uncomfortable I began to cry and told him there was no reason to speak to me like that. He told me to “call manager” so I did. They woman on the phone asked me to send her a screenshot of my purchase which I did. She said she “could not find my order” despite me sending all the necessary information to her. I ended up leaving because I was so uncomfortable with the lack of respect and transparency from this establishment. Never ever will I return.
