Today I had a consult with Kim E. to address my multiple skin concerns, she was so knowledgeable, gentle, and very personable. I definitely felt comfortable when I had a little botox around my eyes and lips. The front desk representative went above and beyond to help me find skincare products that were right for me. (Thank you, you were so kind.) I return next month to see Kelly for a laser treatment and I’m so looking forward to it. Thank you so much for such an amazing start to my skincare journey!

Downtown Faces is a hidden gem! In the past I have had a procedure done at a very nice and a reputable clinic and I still wasn’t convinced that I was receiving the right care. But when I came to Downtown Faces I only came for a consultation. I spoke with Kim E (nurse) she was so patient and informative. She answered all the millions of crazy questions I had and didn’t make me feel dumb or judged. I felt so informed and confident that I ended up getting something done right then and there. She is awesome! She’s a perfectionist like me and made sure everything was done right this time. I walked out feeling beautiful and so happy. The receptionist April is such a sweet person too! Cannot rave about this place enough. I have had experiences at other MedSpa’s that were good, but this here was EXCEPTIONAL. Hands down the best of the best. My friend recommended them to me and I am so glad she did. Not only is the space beautiful and peaceful, everyone on staff is so kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and caring. Kelly is an artist with the patience of a saint. I had about 100 neurotic questions that were answered over 2 visits patiently and with care. Everything was explained to me until I felt comfortable. The end results of the work are so stunning I couldn’t believe it. True master of her craft! Highly recommend no matter where in Tucson you are, this is the real deal!!!

Downtown Faces is a charming med spa with a very cool vibe, the staff is kind and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. I’ve been seeing Kelly Muzall for over 10 years for all of my aesthetic needs. I had an appointment yesterday with Kelly for my yearly thread lift, filler and Dysport. As always, it was a great experience. Kelly is very knowledgeable and kind. She took her time with me and made sure that I was comfortable and had a minimal pain during the procedure, Kelly is so kind and good at everything she does. I will always return to Downtown Faces to see Kelly and her staff, and I always refer my friend and family as well. Thank you Kelly for a great experience once again, you always make it fun!!

I came in for a consult. The historic abode that is Downtown Faces has a lovely, relaxing vibe and April was very welcoming. I especially appreciated that Kim E. was so honest with me, that what I was considering doing wasn’t going to work in my situation..I appreciated that so much. She isn’t trying to sell stuff, she is trying to do the best thing for the client. I recommend them!
