I called on Sat to schedule an appointment for a cut and color. The lady offered 9am so I said yes. I arrive at the designated time and no one is here. It’s locked up tight, lights are all off. I check the business hours on google and it says they don’t open until 10am?! Why offer someone a time when you aren’t even open then?? This isn’t the first time that I’ve made an appointment here and they put it in the books wrong or not at all.
