Please do NOT use this salon if you are a woman who values style, color and quality for the PRICE you pay. I have used this salon three times, used 3 stylists at levels 4 to today’s level 1 and paid $200 – $250 for the same service. Level 4 is most experienced versus level 1 the least according to their new website. My first and 3rd stylists were perfect. My 2nd stylist Emily destroyed my hair but I still went because of convenience. Now ladies and gents come the most interesting part the COST OF SERVICES. Watch out because they make up prices for service like no one’s business. Today I got the same service as the first two time plus partial color and keep in mind my first stylist was a Level 4 versus today’s stylist who is a Level 1 and ended up paying $250. $205 for a level 2 stylist the same service and $200 for a level 4 stylist. When I asked why the cashier and store manager said it has to do with the stylist, experience and schooling. Okay. I guess this salons stylist get their PhD’s from Harvard and MIT and my bad for not knowing. She used every excuse in the book to justify the cost. Mind you at this point I had no idea that the stylist’s level equals the cost. Also, this is all new now and every time I call to make my appointments and list the services I want the quote is cut $50 and highlight $50. But every time I pay double and more no matter who the stylist is or Level 1 vesus 4. So I went to their site just now picked the same 3 stylists, added the services I got and still none came close to $200 let alone $250. I use to go to Aveda Salons and still didn’t pay this much for the same service. THIS SALON IS EXTREMELY OVERPRICED FOR THE CHEAP HAIR PRODUCTS AND NOT WORTH THE COST. I rather drive all the way to DC and pay Aveda the price for 100% quality and ambiance than this place. Price gauging to the max.

Horrible, Terrible, Miserable. This salon is only for men and children. Avoid this place if you want a fancy haircut. I went only once and will never return. The hair dresser-Michele cut my hair the way she wanted by completely ignoring my preferences.

I really appreciated Kelsey’s professionalism and attention to detail on my haircut and color. I went into my evening appointment knowing that she was limited on time and wouldn’t have time to do highlights. She went above and beyond to accommodate my appointment.
