Prices are reasonable and they are always on time and the facility is clean. Critical: CleanlinessI called ahead and asked for a high and tight, also known as a fade and or a skin fade. This is mens cutting 101. I was told over the phone no problem! What I got is an uneven crew cut. No edge up. I had to even tell her to bring the fade line up just to make the cut look like it wasn’t done at home. I could even tell she had no idea what she was doing, she was visibly uncomfortable. I should have just gone to were I normally go. My mistake. Old school barber shop, it’s a cozy little spot and this was my first time going there. Didn’t have any wait time on a Saturday morning, sat right down. Woman who did my hair was very friendly, I wish I could recall her name but I will say it was one of the best haircuts I’ve ever gotten. Very thorough and didn’t rush at all, she was honest about telling me my beard needed some cleaning up and I caved on letting her trim it, which I never let anything do after a bad experience. Probably the best choice Ive made in a long while. It’s amazing what an expert can do to make you not look like a homeless person… recommend the spot though it probably depends on who you get. No real complaints other than I can imagine if it got really busy that it could feel cramped in there as there wasn’t a huge waiting area or anything but pretty normal for a barber shop layout.

A friend, recently got a haircut there, has been going since he was a child, for the past month they have been getting worst. Yesterday he had cuts along the back of his head and ears, the barber/stylist did not even let him see the back of his head at the shop. There are also short almost bald patches in two places, he went in there for a simple fade.
