My all time favorite salon experience!!! Kelly is simply the best. Love love love this salon! My hair was shredded! Very badly damaged and she handled it beautifully. My hair has never looked this good. I’m scared to go anywhere else.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I’m the world of services provided it blows my mind that a supposed technician or beautician can turn someone away for service bc they’re “not comfortable”. My hair is in locs and I need my shape re done. Honestly not difficult. They ever sister locs, so fine and very similar to regular hair. She refused me service because she’s “not comfortable” honestly then don’t run a salon. I have reported to the cosmetology association.

I haven’t lived in the area long and I was looking for a salon. The reviews were good so I called out of the blue to see if they had any time available. They fit me in the same day. Kelly was my technician and she took her time getting to know me. She was patient throughout, trying to understand what I wanted, and did a great job with both my haircut and highlights. I had over highlighted my hair and continued to do so for the past year or so to keep the roots from showing and then tried to dye my hair on my own a darker shade to let my hair heal from damage. Debbie looked at my hair, gave me options, and was able to make my hair look good and gave it a natural color. The price was reasonable and my hair looks lovely. Very kind woman, I looked around at the haircuts other being given by the other stylists and they were very stylish and well done. Thank you Debbie. 🙂

Chau, the manager, is amazing! I called in desperation for a last minute appointment back in mid-February. She made an appointment and came in for me while the salon was actually closed!! Talk about customer service! I agree with the previous reviewer who said she asked a lot of very pertinent questions about my hair, my usual habits, my vision, etc. Then she did an AMAZING job of highlighting, lowlighting, cutting and styling my hair. I have a LOT of trouble getting my bangs to behave and she did the best job of cutting and styling them that I’ve ever had. I am so grateful to her for going above and beyond by coming in during off-hours, but for also giving me an absolutely great color/cut. I have definitely found a new home for my hair!
